Welcome to the official website of the Florida Suncoast Chapter. Founded in 1975, the Florida Suncoast Chapter is a non-profit, non-political organization and a regional chapter of two organizations; The International Code Council (ICC) and Building Officials Association of Florida (BOAF).
The Florida Suncoast Chapter is one of the many regional chapters of ICC and BOAF, and is composed of building officials, plans examiners, construction inspectors, architects, engineers, contractors, manufacturers, suppliers and other construction professionals working together to promote professionalism in building code application.
The Chapter serves the entire Florida Suncoast, which includes Pasco, Pinellas, Hillsborough and Manatee counties.
